Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20 or more and less than 65 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with communication difficulties, those with a pain assessment scale score of 5 or higher, those with a program attendance rate of less than 80%, and those who missed both follow-up surveys.
