Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study participants were high school pitchers aged 17 to 19 who provided informed consent after receiving a full explanation of the study and demonstrating a clear understanding of it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Participants with acute shoulder or elbow injuries 2) Participants with neurological or musculoskeletal conditions 3) Participants who participated in other rehabilitation or training programs during the study period 4) Participants who were unable to perform normal pitching motions due to pain 5) Participants who used a pitching motion other than the right-handed overhand throw
