Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants were police officers who had experienced or were experiencing traumatic events. As such experiences occur more frequently among field-duty police officers than desk-duty officers, the study targeted field-duty police officers rather than desk-duty officers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: desk-duty officers.
