Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Nursing students currently enrolled in their 3rd or 4th year at a university nationwide Individuals who understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily agree to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with one or more years of prior academic experience in other majors or professional clinical work experience before entering the nursing program Students currently advised by the principal investigator (Professor Sun-Yi Yang) of this study Students enrolled in the simulation practicum course taught by the co-investigator (Professor Yun-Hee Oh) Individuals who do not understand the purpose of the study or do not wish to participate Individuals who have already participated in the experimental, comparison, or control group of this study Individuals with prior experience participating in extra-curricular simulation programs, excluding regular coursework
