Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Individuals who have completed physical fitness testing and body composition assessment at a National Fitness Award 100 Center located in C city, G province - Adults aged 20 years or older who fall into one of the predefined age groups: 20–39 years, 40–59 years, or 60 years or older - Individuals who have received sufficient explanation of the study purpose and procedures and voluntarily agreed to participate - Individuals who have completed the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire sincerely - Individuals with sufficient physical and cognitive ability to complete the physical fitness tests and questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals who do not meet the inclusion criteria - Individuals with missing or incomplete physical fitness test or body composition assessment data - Individuals with incomplete or unreliable PSQI questionnaire responses - Individuals who are unable to perform physical fitness tests properly due to acute illness, fever, acute pain, or serious health problems at the time of testing - Individuals who are currently being treated for a physician-diagnosed sleep disorder or who are continuously taking sleep-related medication - Individuals who have undergone surgery or hospitalization within the past 3 months - Individuals who are judged by the investigator to be inappropriate for participation in the study
