Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults presenting with non-specific health complaints (e.g., stress, fatigue, sleep discomfort, or general decline in physical condition) rather than visiting for the diagnosis or treatment of a specific disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with cardiovascular or neurological diseases, or those taking medications that could affect autonomic nervous system function.
