Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Community-dwelling adults aged 19 years or older and younger than 39 years 2) Individuals with a PHQ-9 score of 10 or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals younger than 19 years or aged 39 years and older 2) Individuals with a PHQ-9 score lower than 10 on the screening assessment 3) Individuals unable to continuously use a computer or smartphone with internet access 4) Individuals with missing questionnaire responses or responses judged to be random 5) Individuals with a current or past history of bipolar disorder 6) Individuals currently taking psychiatric medications 7) Individuals currently receiving psychotherapy or counseling
