Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 20 years or older without musculoskeletal disorders. Individuals with at least one year of weight training experience who perform exercise at least twice per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of lumbar spine, pelvic, or lower extremity disorders were excluded from this study because low back or pelvic pain could interfere with performing the single-leg deadlift exercise. Individuals with musculoskeletal pain or inflammation in the upper extremities were also excluded because lifting the bar during the single-leg deadlift could provoke pain due to the applied load.
