Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Adults aged 19 years or older • Patients diagnosed with terminal cancer who are initiating hospice services • Patients who die or can be successfully followed up after utilizing hospice services during the study period • Patients or their primary caregivers who are capable of responding to the questionnaire • Patients who have received an explanation of the study and provided informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients with non-cancerous terminal diseases • Cases where the duration of hospice service utilization is less than 48 hours • Cases where healthcare cost data are unavailable or cannot be verified • Patients who do not consent to participate in the study
