Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Junior military officers, including commissioned officers and non-commissioned officers serving in Army units located in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea, with five years or less of military service after commissioning, who understood the purpose of the study and voluntarily agreed to participate were included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants who had physical or psychological conditions that limited participation in the study, were scheduled for transfer or discharge during the study period, or had difficulty participating in the study or completing the surveys were excluded.
