Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 19–80 years undergoing total thoracoscopic resection for atrial fibrillation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Cases of moderate to severe heart valve disease 2) Cases of moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension (mean pulmonary arterial pressure, mPAP =25 mmHg or pulmonary vascular resistance, PVR >3 WU) 3) Moderate to severe right ventricular (tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion, TAPSE <17 mm) or left ventricular dysfunction (e.g., left ventricular ejection fraction, LVEF <30–35%) 4) Patients requiring inotropics/vasopressors before surgery 5) Contraindications/high-risk groups related to norepinephrine drugs - History of drug hypersensitivity, pheochromocytoma, thyrotoxicosis, administration of MAO (monoamine oxidase) inhibitors within 2 weeks 6) Pregnant women or women who may be pregnant
