Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient Group: Individuals aged 30 to 64 years with chronic unilateral shoulder pain persisting for at least 3 months and a score of 3 or higher on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Control Group: Healthy individuals aged 30 to 64 years with no pain or functional limitations in any part of the body, including the shoulders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria History of surgery on the lower limbs or spinal cord within the last 6 months. Neurological disorders or vestibular impairments that may affect gait. Severe musculoskeletal disorders (e.g., fractures, congenital malformations). Current use of medications that could interfere with balance control.
