Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Investigate changes in the gut microbiome according to the administration of a turmeric extract complex before and after lung cancer surgery through 16S rRNA gene sequencing data analysis, and compare the difference between the two groups by measuring fatigue scores using an interval rating scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Compare the differences between the two groups by measuring postoperative pain depending on whether turmeric extract is administered or not during the pre- and post-operative process of lung cancer;Compare the differences between the two groups by measuring the effect of reducing inflammation depending on whether turmeric extract is administered or not during lung cancer surgery;Compare the differences between the two groups by measuring physical activity depending on whether turmeric extract is administered or not during lung cancer surgery; The difference between the two groups was compared by measuring the quality of life according to whether turmeric extract was administered or not during the pre- and post-operative procedure for lung cancer
