Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 20 to 49 years 2. Adults with no history of tooth extraction except for third molars 3. Adults using an Android-based mobile phone 4. Adults with no previous experience using interdental brushes 5. Adults who voluntarily agree to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adults with uncontrolled systemic disease 2. Adults with teeth requiring current dental treatment 3. Current smokers 4. Adults missing teeth in the designated assessment areas between teeth 14-16, 24-26, 34-36, or 44-46 5. Adults wearing orthodontic appliances, except for fixed lingual retainers 6. Adults judged by the principal investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study
