Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Older adults aged 65 years or older residing in Simnip Dongbu Senior Care Center 2.Individuals who provided voluntary informed consent, either personally or through a legal representative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Use of antibiotics (oral or injectable) within the past 3 months 2.Receipt of dental treatment including scaling within the past 3 months 3.Inability to open the mouth or provide samples due to severe cognitive impairment or lack of cooperation 4.Currently undergoing treatment for pneumonia at the time of enrollment 5.Deemed ineligible for study participation by the investigator
