Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Fourth-year Air Force Academy cadets currently undergoing (or scheduled to undergo) a systematic pilot training program and participating in the G-test - Those who have heard the explanation regarding the purpose and methods of the research, voluntarily participated, and consented

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals who do not meet the selection criteria: - Those with a history of fractures, trauma, neuromuscular disorders, or rheumatic metabolic diseases in the measurement area.
