Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants who are in the school-age to adolescent period Participants with a primary or secondary diagnosis of ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease documented in the medical record Participants who voluntarily provided written informed consent to participate in this clinical study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Failure to obtain informed consent from the participant or their legal guardian Inability to use the digital healthcare application during the study period Cognitive or functional limitations that hinder completion of questionnaires or application use Determined by the investigator to be unsuitable for study participation
