Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Healthy adults aged 19–65 years • Body mass index (BMI) =18.5 kg/m² • Participants showing action-stage or higher motivation on the Situational Motivation Scale • No significant weight change or major lifestyle change within the past 3 months • Able to understand the study procedures and voluntarily provide informed consent • Able to comply with study visits and procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Individuals unable to fully understand the study procedures or provide voluntary informed consent • Individuals diagnosed with psychiatric or neurological disorders within the past 3 months or currently receiving treatment • Individuals taking medications that may affect appetite, body weight, mood, or eating behavior within the past month • Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals or those with the possibility of pregnancy • Individuals with medical conditions that may interfere with study participation or interpretation of the results • Individuals with contraindications to transcranial electrical stimulation
