Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted with acute ischemic stroke within 7 days of symptom onset. 2. Patients diagnosed with non-arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction, confirmed by the absence of significant atherosclerotic stenosis in the stroke-related artery via vascular imaging (e.g., MRA or CTA). 3. Patients diagnosed with either cryptogenic stroke or small vessel disease-type stroke through standardized diagnostic evaluations. 4. Patients whose clinical information and prognostic data required for the study are available in the electronic medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose clinical efficacy and safety cannot be evaluated due to missing prognostic information or impossibility of follow-up. 2. Patients with 50% or greater atherosclerotic stenosis in the cerebral artery relevant to the index infarction. 3. Patients deemed unsuitable for study analysis or whose data reliability is compromised according to the investigator's judgment.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Major Vascular Events (Occurrence of recurrent stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic), acute cardiovascular disease, major bleeding, and all-cause death)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Recurrent Cerebrovascular Events: Individual incidence of ischemic stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), and intracerebral hemorrhage;Acute Cardiovascular Disease: Occurrence of major cardiac events including myocardial infarction and unstable angina;Safety Indicators: Occurrence of major bleeding requiring transfusion or hospitalization and drug-related adverse events;All-cause Mortality: Death from any cause during the follow-up period
