Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community-dwelling adults aged 67–72 Capable of daily smartphone use and typing input Android smartphone users Voluntarily providing written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed with dementia Physical disability preventing smartphone typing Scheduled for long-term hospitalization during the study period Currently participating in another clinical study Unable to input Korean text on a smartphone
