Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 19 years or older with cerebrovascular stenosis (=50% on MRA) and small vessel disease confirmed by MRI, diagnosed with hypertension, and who provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with insufficient data for outcome evaluation, those who have not undergone brain MRI/MRA, patients with pre-existing cognitive impairment (dementia), those with a history of neurological diseases or brain surgery affecting cognitive function, and those taking medications that may affect cognitive function will be excluded.
