Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 20 years or older scheduled for radical nephrectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA physical status class =4 Emergency surgery Body Mass Index (BMI) > 30 Subcutaneous fat depth =4 cm Skin abnormalities: Severe edema, inflammation, or skin lesions at the sensor application site Refusal to participate Anatomic abnormalities (solitary kidney, horseshoe kidney, etc.) Hemodynamic instability Severe anemia Baseline renal dysfunction: Preoperative eGFR < 60ml/min/1.73m2
