Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) Patients aged 20–64 years scheduled to undergo coronary artery bypass graft surgery under general anesthesia (ii) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status class II–III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with an ASA physical status classification of IV or higher 2) Patients with acute cardiopulmonary disease (NYHA class IV) 3) Patients requiring more than two attempts at endotracheal intubation or those with anticipated difficult airway intubation 4) Patients with uncontrolled hypertension 5) Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to the study drugs 6) Pregnant or breastfeeding women 7) Patients with a body mass index (BMI) > 30 kg/m² 8) Patients with intellectual disability or neurological abnormalities
