Interventions

Drug : After general anesthesia induction, the nefopam group receives nefopam at 0.3 mg/kg intravenously, followed by continuous infusion at 65 µg/kg/h. The ketamine group receives ketamine 0.3 mg/kg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Female patients aged 20-64 years scheduled for laparoscopic gynecological surgery under general anesthesia at our hospital 2) Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA) 1-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA) = 3 2) Patients with allergy to study drugs 3) Patients with uncontrolled central nervous system or psychiatric disorders 4) Patients with severe hepatic or renal impairment 5) Patients with closed-angle glaucoma 6) Patients with history of drug or alcohol abuse 7) Patients receiving opioid or sedative therapy 8) Patients with hypersensitivity to anesthetics used in the study 9) Patients with morbid obesity (BMI > 30 kg/m2) 10) Pregnant or lactating women
