Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 19 years or older 2. Nurses working in long-term care hospitals who are designated as infection control nurses or are responsible for infection control-related duties 3. Participants who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and voluntarily agree to participate 4. Participants who are able to attend the education program and complete surveys before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, and 8 weeks after the intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are not designated as infection control nurses and are not responsible for infection control-related duties 2. Individuals who do not provide informed consent to participate in the study 3. Individuals who are unable to attend the education program or complete the surveys 4. Individuals judged by the researcher to be inappropriate for participation in the study
