Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with dysphagia. Individuals presenting with limited mouth opening, defined as a Maximum Mouth Opening (MMO) of 40 mm or less (Kim et al., 1994). ( 40mm ) Individuals with a post-diagnosis duration of 6 months or more following a neurological disorder. Individuals with a musculoskeletal status capable of performing postural correction and therapeutic exercises.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Structural abnormalities affecting tongue mobility, such as ankyloglossia (tongue-tie). Evidence of osteoarticular lesions or pathologies of the cervical spine. Severe pain or functional limitations caused by temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. History of receiving postural correction, dysphagia therapy, or mouth-opening-related treatments within the last three months.
