Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have undergone segmental mastectomy (breast-conserving surgery) or total mastectomy Patients diagnosed with Stage I to III breast cancer Patients within two year post-breast cancer surgery Patients who have completed all scheduled chemotherapy Patients with basic proficiency in computer and internet usage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with bilateral breast cancer Patients with metastatic breast cancer Patients judged by medical staff to have difficulty performing exercise Patients with chronic diseases or orthopedic problems that warrant exclusion from exercise
