Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study is conducted retrospectively on adult patients aged 18 years or older who underwent hip arthroplasty under spinal anesthesia at Hanyang University Hospital from September 2025 to February 2026. It includes both males and females, and subjects are limited to those who have received blood test results within one month prior to surgery (complete blood count with differential leukocyte count, renal function tests (Creatinine, eGFR), albumin levels, and C-reactive protein test). Additionally, the study utilizes anesthesia records documenting the systolic and diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, use of vasopressing agents, estimated blood loss, anesthesia start and end times, and surgery start and end times for all subjects during surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with end-stage renal failure who have undergone peritoneal dialysis or hemodialysis, which are underlying conditions that may affect hypotension during surgery, are excluded if more than one month has passed since the surgery and the preoperative blood test was performed.
