Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals without lower extremity pain 2) Individuals with a BMI of less than 30 kg/m²

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with a history of orthopedic disorders within the past 6 months 2) Individuals with structural or functional flatfoot 3) Individuals with limited range of motion of the ankle
