Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cancer patients aged 50 years or older 2. Patients receiving the following treatments — immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI), cytotoxic chemotherapy, combination therapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors and cytotoxic chemotherapy, antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) or bispecific T-cell engagers (BiTEs) — as well as patients who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), categorized into those 6 months to 2 years post-transplantation and those more than 2 years post-transplantation. 3. Patients who can understand and agreed with the informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of influenza or RSV infection in the past 30 days 2. Patients having contraindication for any vaccination (e.g. egg allergy) 3. Patients considered by an infectious diseases physician to have a contraindication to vaccination (e.g., acute severe infection).
