Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants included in this study were healthy adult men between 20 and 29 years of age. Eligible participants were individuals who had not participated in any regular resistance training program within the previous six months and were physically capable of performing the exercise intervention during the study period. Participants with musculoskeletal disorders, neurological disorders, cardiovascular diseases, or other medical conditions that could affect exercise performance were excluded. All participants voluntarily agreed to participate in the study after receiving a full explanation of the study purpose and procedures and provided written informed consent prior to participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded if they had musculoskeletal disorders, neurological disorders, cardiovascular diseases, or other medical conditions that could affect exercise performance or participation in resistance training. Individuals who had participated in regular resistance training programs within the previous six months were also excluded. Participants who were unable to safely perform the exercise intervention during the study period or who did not voluntarily provide informed consent were excluded from the study. In addition, individuals with acute injuries or health-related problems that could limit exercise participation during the intervention period were excluded.
