Interventions

Procedure/Surgery : Patients undergoing coronary intervention will be randomly assigned to either a right radial artery approach or a left distal radial artery approach before the procedure.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 19 years or older 2. Patients scheduled for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Impalpable pulse in the left distal radial artery 2. Impalpable pulse in the right radial artery 3. Presence of an arteriovenous fistula (AVF) 4. Cases where the investigator determines that femoral artery access is necessary 5. Refusal of the patient to provide informed consent for study participation 6. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
