Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20 years of age and 90 years of age -Patients within 1-6 months of stroke onset -A person who has been confirmed to have impaired hand function on the lesion side -MRC hand grip Grade 3-4 -If you agree to participate in the communication and research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -If you have undergone other procedures and operations that may affect your treatment within the last 1 month -If the treatment of a malignant disease has not been completed -Severe depression or a mental illness that makes it difficult to conform to treatment -If the instruction is accompanied by cognitive decline that cannot be understood (Clinical Dementia Rating, CDR) at least 1 point -Vital sign unstable -If the pain persists for more than 7 NRS points during rest -Pregnancy confirmed or lactating -Severe musculoskeletal disorders (acute sprains, ligament rupture, severe osteoporosis, joint deformation disease, inflammatory joint disease, etc.) -Other researchers believe that the subject's condition is difficult to participate in the clinical trial
