Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male participants aged between 40 and 49 years 2. Individuals with chronic low back pain lasting more than 3 months 3. Participants who voluntarily agreed to participate after receiving sufficient explanation regarding the study procedures and purpose 4. Individuals able to participate in the 12-week exercise intervention program 5. Individuals without orthopedic or neurological disorders that could affect study participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of lumbar spine surgery within the past 6 months 2. Individuals with acute low back pain or acute inflammatory disease 3. Individuals with cardiovascular disease or medical conditions limiting exercise participation 4. Individuals unable to regularly participate in the exercise intervention program 5. Individuals considered inappropriate for study participation by the investigators
