Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) by a medical institution Adults aged 65 years or older Individuals capable of independent walking for at least 10 meters, with or without assistive devices Individuals able to understand and follow the study procedures and researchers’ instructions Individuals with sufficient cognitive and communication abilities to use the generative AI-based mixed reality (MR) rehabilitation program Individuals who voluntarily provide written informed consent, along with their legal guardian or caregiver, after receiving a full explanation of the study purpose and procedures
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of orthopedic surgery affecting lower limb or trunk function within the past year Individuals with other neurological or vestibular disorders that may significantly affect gait or balance ability Individuals currently taking medications that may influence muscle activity (surface electromyography, sEMG) or gait performance Individuals at risk of severe dizziness, cybersickness, or photosensitive seizures during the use of mixed reality (MR) or virtual reality (VR) equipment Individuals considered unsuitable for participation or intervention by the principal investigator Individuals unable to provide voluntary informed consent for study participation
