Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible participants are active-duty male military personnel of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps of the Republic of Korea who are hospitalized at the Armed Forces Capital Hospital, aged 19 years or older and younger than 55 years, have completed at least 12 months of military service, are able to understand and complete the questionnaire independently, and are available for the second survey within 4 weeks (28±3 days) after the first assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they are receiving medical management for a mental health-related condition during military service, have substantial communication difficulties that prevent completion of a self-administered questionnaire, show evidence of superior involvement or coerced participation during the response process, have a musculoskeletal injury or are in a postoperative recovery stage that may limit current physical activity as judged by a military physician, or are unlikely to complete the second survey within 4 weeks (28±3 days) during hospitalization.
