Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatient nurses currently working in a tertiary hospital 2. Individuals who voluntarily agree to participate after understanding the study purpose and procedures 3. Individuals without physical or cognitive limitations preventing the use of virtual reality devices 4. Adults aged 19 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who participated in complaint response-related education within the previous 6 months 2. Individuals with visual, auditory, neurological, dizziness, or motion sickness-related conditions that may interfere with participation in virtual reality simulation training 3. Individuals who are unable to complete the study procedures or surveys
