Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) criteria, whose acute psychotic symptoms had remitted and who were in a stable condition (Clinical Global Impression score of 4 or below), and who were able to provide informed consent and adequately cooperate with and complete the study assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a serious concurrent medical condition resulting in poor general health status; pregnant or breastfeeding women; those with an intellectual disability with an IQ of 70 or below; those with severely impaired reality testing that would preclude informed consent or study participation; and those currently receiving inpatient treatment.
