Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants meeting any of the following criteria will be included: 1) Adults aged 65 years or older who meet at least one of the following: - Recommended for LTBI screening but not screened - Tested positive for LTBI but did not initiate treatment - Discontinued LTBI treatment - Currently receiving or completed LTBI treatment 2) Healthcare providers involved in LTBI diagnosis, treatment, or management of older adults: - Pulmonologists or physicians with experience in LTBI care or referral - Nurses with experience in LTBI patient management 3) Family members (index cases) diagnosed with active tuberculosis whose experience influenced LTBI screening or treatment recommendation for older adults 4) Public health officers who have experience managing LTBI programs at public health centers All participants must provide voluntary informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they meet any of the following criteria: 1) Individuals with difficulty in communication due to language barriers, disability, or medical conditions 2) Healthcare providers who are involved only in administrative tasks without direct patient care related to LTBI 3) Public health officers with less than 3 months of experience in TB control programs 4) Individuals who do not provide or withdraw informed consent
