Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) idiopathic Parkinson's disease diagnosed according to the International Parkinson’s disease and Movement Disorders Society criteria (2) age between 40 and 90 years (3) Hoehn and Yahr (H&Y) stage I–III (4) a stable clinical course without any changes in dopaminergic therapy at least for 4 weeks (5) who possess a smartphone or equivalent device with the capacity to participate in tele-exercise sessions over Zoom, either independently or with the assistance of a primary caregive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) be concerns for a diagnosis of atypical parkinsonism (2) the presence of significant white matter change, peripheral neuropathy, or musculoskeletal disorders that could substantially affect gait, balance, or ability to participate in exercise (3) significant technical or logistical barriers to accessing Zoom.
