Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study included early-career nurses with less than two years of clinical experience who were working at a hospital located in S City. Participants were recruited through the hospital intranet bulletin board system, and only those who voluntarily provided written informed consent after understanding the study purpose and procedures were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who did not provide written informed consent, were unable to participate in advanced life support simulation training during the study period, had prior experience with advanced life support training that included a CPR coach role, or were deemed inappropriate for participation by the investigators were excluded.
