Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed with spinal diseases (KCD M and S codes) 2) Dominant pain Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) of 5 or higher due to spinal disease 3) Outpatients or inpatients scheduled to receive ultrasound-guided pharmacopuncture based on clinical judgment (The decision to perform ultrasound-guided pharmacopuncture is determined by the clinician's medical judgment, not for the purpose of the study, and patients are scheduled to undergo ultrasound-guided pharmacopuncture according to their treatment plan) 4) Aged 19 years to under 70 years 5) Voluntarily signed the written informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Difficulty in providing written informed consent 2) Pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or lactating women 3) Inappropriate for the study based on the investigator's judgment (e.g., severe diseases such as cancer that could interfere with the interpretation of treatment effects or results)
