Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals diagnosed with hemiplegia due to stroke, with a duration of =6 months since onset. 2.A score of =24 on the Korean version of the Mini-Mental State Examination (K-MMSE). 3.Manual muscle test (MMT) grade =2 for shoulder flexors and abductors on the paretic side. 4.Muscle tone of the paretic upper limb =2 on the Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS). 5.A score of =13 on the hand function items of the Manual Function Test (MFT) on the paretic side. 6.Ability to transfer =10 blocks using the paretic hand on the Box and Block Test (BBT). 7.No significant impairment in functional visual–perceptual abilities (e.g., object recognition, spatial judgment, visuomotor coordination) and able to respond to unpredictable visual stimuli. 8.Ability to sit independently on a chair without a backrest or armrests. 9.Voluntary agreement to participate in the study after understanding its purpose.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe visuoperceptual deficits (e.g., unilateral neglect, visual agnosia). 2.Severe visual field defects (e.g., hemianopia, visual field constriction) or oculomotor impairments that interfere with target identification and tracking. 3.Individuals deemed unable to continue participation due to discharge or medical conditions during the study period. 4.Upper-limb musculoskeletal disorders (e.g., shoulder impingement syndrome, rotator cuff tear, severe joint contracture) that limit reaching and grasping movements. 5.Withdrawal from the study at the participant’s request for personal reasons.
