Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 19 to 80 years with spinal cord injury At least 1 year post-injury Wheelchair users Having sufficient upper-extremity movement and respiratory function to perform home-based combined exercise training (CET) and inspiratory muscle training (IMT) Not currently participating in a regular exercise program Able and willing to provide written informed consent after receiving an explanation of the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of acute or unstable cardiovascular, respiratory, or musculoskeletal conditions that may make exercise unsafe, as judged by the investigator Severe upper-extremity pain, major musculoskeletal impairment, or other medical conditions that may limit cardiopulmonary exercise testing or home-based exercise participation Current conditions such as autonomic dysreflexia, orthostatic hypotension, pressure sores, or infection that may make exercise participation inappropriate Cognitive or communication problems that may interfere with understanding study procedures or following exercise instructions Planning to begin another regular exercise program during the study period Any other condition judged by the investigator to make participation inappropriate
