Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Clinical nurses currently working at a general hospital (approx. 300 beds) in South Korea (2) No prior experience with mindfulness- or meditation-based programs (3) No medical contraindications to yoga or physical activity (4) Provided voluntary written informed consent after understanding study purpose and procedures
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Currently receiving treatment or medication for severe psychiatric illness (2) Experienced extreme stress due to a major life event within the preceding 3 months (3) Currently participating in a similar program (e.g., yoga, meditation) during the study period
