Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Selection criteria School officials and guardians are struggling with problems in their daily lives or school life due to digital over-immersion problems ? Young's Internet Addiction Scale (20 questions) is conducted to recruit over-immersion targets for teenagers with 80-100 points (serious Internet use problems) and 50-79 points (potential risk user group)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 2) Exclusion criteria A person who has a history of psychiatric diagnosis or is on psychiatric medication A person suffering from congenital genetic disease A person who has a history of acquired brain injury such as cerebral palsy Patients with developmental disabilities, including intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders A person with a speech or learning disability
