Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Bone-level, internal-connection implants (TSIII; Osstem Implant, Seoul, Korea). 2. Availability of standardized periapical radiographs at baseline and at least 12 months after prosthetic loading. 3. All guided implant placements performed exclusively using a digital guide system (OneGuide, Osstem Implant, Seoul, Korea).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Early implant failure before prosthetic loading. 2. Incomplete radiographic or clinical records preventing assessment of baseline or longitudinal outcomes. 3. Periapical or panoramic radiographs of insufficient quality for calibration or for identification of the implant platform and first bone-to-implant contact were excluded.
