Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with no history of orthopedic surgery or severe injury to the lower extremities within the past 6 months. 2. Individuals without neurological or cardiovascular diseases (e.g., heart failure, stroke, Parkinson's disease, cerebral palsy, peripheral neuropathy) 3. Individuals with a Navicular Drop Test (NDT) result of 10 mm or greater 4. Individuals with a Foot Posture Index (FPI-6) score of +6 or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of orthopedic surgery or severe injury to the lower extremities within the past 6 months. 2. Individuals with neurological or cardiovascular diseases (e.g., heart failure, stroke, Parkinson's disease, cerebral palsy, peripheral neuropathy). 3. Individuals with musculoskeletal disorders that may affect gait and motor performance. 4. Individuals unable to perform the required assessments during the study period. 5. Individuals unable to provide voluntary informed consent after receiving an explanation of the study's purpose and procedures.
