Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for cancer survivors: Aged 19 to 64 years Completed major acute cancer treatment Within 5 years of cancer diagnosis Able to participate together with a family member Able to use a smartphone application Inclusion criteria for family members: Aged 19 to 64 years Maintained a family relationship with the cancer survivor for at least 1 year Able to use a smartphone application

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for cancer survivors: Receiving palliative or hospice care Diagnosed with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or other cognitive impairment Currently participating in another survivorship intervention program Exclusion criteria for family members: History of cancer diagnosis Diagnosed with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or other cognitive impairment Currently participating in another family-targeted intervention program
