and Case 3 engages four-person group discussions. Teams will document their findings, followed by a plenary debriefing. After completing each case, participants will write an individual reflective jou

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were as follows: (1) graduate students currently enrolled in the relevant course; and (2) individuals who understood the purpose and contents of the study and voluntarily consented to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were as follows: (1) individuals who did not provide voluntary consent to participate in the study; (2) those who failed to fully participate in the classes due to absences or early departures; and (3) individuals with cognitive or linguistic limitations that hindered their ability to complete the study procedures.
